DBM Construction was founded by partners Richard Lyden and Phil Horn to offer a value-for-money, bespoke and personal approach to Cayman's private residential construction market.

​With a combined 30 years experience in Construction and Project Management across the globe, and over 10 years experience in the Cayman Islands, Richard and Phil founded DBM Construction to address a gap in the market for a company that provides clients with transparent communication and hands-on, quality focused management of their projects.

​Our relationships and personability form the heart of our core values.  Our experience proves having one point of contact that guides you and your project from conception to completion is vital.  At DBM Construction our business model is based around completing a selective portfolio of projects each year that align with our core values; this means that all our projects are managed day-to-day by one of our experienced owners to ensure your project is led with the focus and dedication it deserves.
